Cancellation policy

Packages start at $375 +tax and include one naturally retouched image.



Many of our clients want more than one image. We do offer multi-image packages for the best value.

We require the session fee to secure the date/time.




Do you have several executives needing headshots? Please contact us for rates for both shoots at our studio and for us to come to your company. We also offer a Company Refresh package that includes multiple executives, styling input and hair/makeup.




The best and most frequent compliments we receive are how comfortable and painless the experience is and how happy you are with the finished images. We strive to make the experience stress free. Headshots can be fun. Come with a good attitude and together we will get great shots that will help you redefine your personal brand!




Makeup can be great to enhance natural beauty, but this is totally up to you. We recommend booking your hair and/or makeup ahead with La Belle Day Spa, located in Palo Alto or with one of our makeup artists. Keeping your makeup natural and light is usually best.
Any purchased images will be retouched as needed.




All images are owned and remain the copyright of Lisa DeNeffe Photography. Clients are free to use all images for social media and website purposes. We may select your image(s) for website and other promotional purposes. We offer an opt-out option for this.

Yes, it is always great to do a phone consultation ahead of time. 





Lisa DeNeffe or one of her dedicated team of photographers will do the photo session.




Both. We have a studio with Profoto professional lighting and modern backdrops of white, grey and black. And offer natural light around the studio in downtown Los Altos with numerous backgrounds offering the benefit of both worlds. 

Our Professional Branding Packages and Company Refresh Packages allows for on-location sessions. 





Right away. After the initial photo session, we will meet immediately after to select the images you love. Depending on the number of images ordered, we provide a quick turn around (2-3 days) for final retouched images. We can also expedite the process depending on your needs. Rush fees may apply. 





Well you’ve made it this far on the FAQ. Why get professional photos? The Wall Street Journal reports that “Linkedin profiles that include a photograph are seven times more likely to be viewed than those that don’t, according to company stats. Without a photo, you’ll be more likely miss out on a job rather than land one.” Even if you love your job with no plans to change, updated photos will put your best image forward for any endeavor.




Payment required to secure date/time. Refund offered if cancelled within 48 hours of date. If cancelled with less than 48 hours of your session a new date must be rescheduled within 30 days.
